3 Cheetahs Looking for Prey
Species: Cheetah | Location: South of Serengeti National park, Tanzania, United Republic of
My wife and I and another couple were on a private safari in Tanzania in late January/early February of 2013. At the time the photo was taken we were in an area south of the Serengeti National Park where it was possible to drive off-road. With the annual migration having arrived in the area and many zebras, wildebeests, etc. having had their young the area was full of both lions and cheetahs looking to take advantage of the situation. These were 3 young cheetahs who were following their mother looking for prey.
