Backyard Barred Owl
Species: Strix varia/ Barred Owl | Location: Gilsum, New Hampshire, United States of America
This Barred Owl was a very welcomed resident to my yard this past winter. I had several opportunities to watch and photograph this magnificent bird. Most of the time he kept his distance from me, but this particular shot was captured about 50 feet away from my front door.
