I was walking along the beach on Wrangel Island in the high latitudes of the Russian Far East (think 71 degrees North), when I saw these three guys working "their" field. It appears they were either glad to see me, or VERY concerned that I might eat some of THEIR lunch...as they seriously stared me down !!

I took my first pictures as a kid of nine, and built a darkroom to process and customize my photos. Now traveling to mostly unusual places in the world with a camera and some lenses, "I'm getting a chance to share nice photos with new friends." The modern "darkroom" has gone from chemical to electronic and has become the astounding new digital world of photography !
