Sea Lion, La Jolla Cove, United States
Sea Lion Snuggle

Species: Sea Lion | Location: La Jolla Cove, United States

A group of Sea Lions huddles close under the sun, on the shore of La Jolla cove in San Diego. It appears they are all but peacefully oblivious to the swarms of tourists clambering about the beach.

About The Photographer

Cropped image

I've always been interested in photography, at least as a hobby. I have been borrowing my moms and friends cameras as long as I can remember. It wasn't until recently that I was gifted my very own starter camera, a canon egos 1200D. My passion for inspiring others through the lens has never been stronger than it is now. I am striving everyday to further my knowledge and hone my skills as a photographer, so that I can share with others the world around me, as I see it. I am especially fond of portraiture and capturing breathtaking images of wildlife. When I am unable to travel, I try finding the beauty in my own surroundings, but would be ecstatic if given the opportunity to explore our great parks and get some much needed practice under my belt in photographing nature. At the very least, an honorable mention would be, well, an honor! And would certainly help me on my way toward purchasing a more professional DSLR, making my pursuit much more of a reality. Grateful for the chance to participate.
