Species: Cat/ Leopard | Location: Kenya, Masai Mara, Africa
Our last morning in the Masai Mara our safari driver, David, found this female leopard in this tree. She was lying on a gazelle. We pulled around to the other side of the tree from all the other safari vehicles and she got up and started to stretch the gazelle out. The sun was coming up and that is the reflection in her eyes.
About The Photographer
I enjoy taking pictures of wildlife and flowers. I have no professional experience, but I do have lots of patience. This sometimes gets me in to trouble when I am with others as I can sit a wait to try and get a perfect picture, when they would like to continue on. For the most part I do not alter my picture due to lack of time and computer knowledge. I like to try to just have the pictures be natural.
