River Otters Battling a Large Carp

Species: River Otter | Location: Stanley Park, Vancouver BC, Canada

Spotted 2 river otters in an icy lake catch a large carp, bring it up through the ice and drag it up onto a small rock island. They battled the carp for some time and were able to begin their feast, which lasted for some time. After devouring about half of it, they hid the remainder under the ice and spent time, napping, playing and eventually pulled the remainder of the carp back onto the island where they proceeded to finish their meal.
