2016 Wildlife Photo Contest

Guanaco, Patagonia, Torres Del Paine National Park, Chile
Guanacos Crossing

Species: Guanaco | Location: Patagonia, Torres Del Paine National Park, Chile

This photo was taken during my recent trip to Patagonia in Torres Del Paine National Park. This large group of Guanacos were roaming around on the roadside when we drove by. The mountain made a perfect backup drop of the photo since Guanacos are wild animals native to mountainous regions of South America.

About The Photographer

Travel and photography are my favorite activities. About a year ago, I developed a special interest in wildlife photography. It has been fascinating to see and learn animal and bird behaviors. I love to spend my time in the park to watch, record and capture those special moments with my lens. Nature photography has become my real passion and addiction. Sometimes, I am also fortunate to be able to travel to different parts of the world to bring back the wildlife photos to share with others.
