Elelphants and Nile Crocodile, Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe
Elephant Roadblock

Species: Elelphants and Nile Crocodile | Location: Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe

Late afternoon provided the warm light and strong shadows at a water hole in Hwange National Park, Zimbabwe. A large elephant herd had finished drinking and started to leave the area when stopped in their tracks by a very large basking crocodile. The herd chose an alternate route.
