Species: Cheetah | Location: Thorny bush Game Reserve, South Africa
This is my favorite photo that came out of my first and only (so far) trip to Africa. This Cheetah is one of two brothers who were hunting in Thornybush Game Reserve. He was slowly stalking something in the bush. I never saw his prey, and he didn’t give chase while I was watching that day. But I did get to watch him slowly, elegantly make his way through the sun-bathed grasses. What an amazing sight!
