Headed Out To The Sea

This photo was taken while on vacation during the first week of March on the west coast of Nicaragua. We stopped for a drink at a local beachside restaurant and soon after this amazing hatch took place. 74 of 75 eggs hatched within a hour and then headed out to sea.

Shot while on vacation on the Pacific Coast of Nicaragua. 74 turtles hatched while we were having a drink at a beachside restaurant. The turtle nest had been located inside the restaurant. It was a once in a lifetime experience!
