Short-Beaked Common Dolphin, Off County Cork Coast, Atlantic Ocean, Ireland
Tour Guides

Species: Short-Beaked Common Dolphin | Location: Off County Cork Coast, Atlantic Ocean, Ireland

Taken off the coast of County Cork near Union Hall in Ireland. We were out looking for humpback whales. and we came across a huge pod of short-beaked common dolphins. There were hundreds of them. They would dash under, along side and in front of our boat -sprinting through the Atlantic Ocean as if guiding us to the Humpback Whales-which they did. After a full day shooting, I must admit I was more enamored by the dolphins than the whales.
