2016 Wildlife Photo Contest

Flamingo, Galapagos Islands , Ecuador
Pink and Blue

Species: Flamingo | Location: Galapagos Islands , Ecuador

A lone flamingo wading around a brackish pond on Isla Santa Cruz in the Galapagos. The light was perfect to be able to blur out the background into a uniform blue, leaving all the details of the flamingo wide open.

About The Photographer

Calling myself a "photographer" really just gives me an excuse to act like a 10 year old any time I'm off in some wild place and something skitters across the trail.
