About The Photographer

Cropped 172

For several years I had been wanting to visit Antarctica, and my dream was finally realized in February 2015 when Natural Habitat Adventures called to tell me there was a vacancy on the National Geographic Explorer for the final voyage of the season.  During this amazing expedition, we made daily excursions in Zodiaks to explore these incredible nutrient-rich Antarctic waters, and to learn about the wildlife endemic to this unique region.  This three week trip including the Antarctic Peninsula, South Georgia and the Falkland Islands, truly is the ultimate wildlife experience, with over 30 lectures to compliment the learning.
