About The Photographer
My name is Allan Colton and my photos are inspired by the immense diversity of the flora and fauna in Northwest British Columbia. Since my childhood in Ocean Falls, I have explored a myriad of landscapes and have sighted the variety of wildlife found in this beautiful area. During this time spent exploring and living on the West Coast, I developed a passion for capturing both the unique expressions displayed by wildlife and the transitory moments of light and colour in photography.
I am also an avid outdoors man who enjoys hiking, boating, diving, and fishing and therefore find many other opportunities to record my sightings with a camera..
