Tasty dinner on the wing
Species: Little Bee-Eater | Location: Serengeti National Park, Tanzania
We'd been seeing bee-eaters most of the day as they flitted past the jeep, but the never perched anywhere long enough for us to get close enough to capture the moment. Finally, getting close to sunset, this little guy snagged his dinner and sat down to enjoy it. Chowing down he finally sat still long enough for us to get a few images of the feast. It didn't last long and he was gone.
