2016 Wildlife Photo Contest

Zebra, Madikwe, South Africa
What was That

Species: Zebra | Location: Madikwe, South Africa

Shooting from an underground hide at the Bush House provided a unique view of wildlife as they came in for water. Africa had been in a drought so the water hole had been a hotbed of activity. These two were skittish coming in and the one startled and bolted before getting a drink. We never saw what spooked him.
