The Warbler-finch (Certhidea olivacea) is considered one of Darwin's finches. This little guy popped out on the green plant and posed nicely for the camera in-between snacks. These birds are endemic to the Galápagos Islands.

About The Photographer

Amanda Bielskas is life long lover of wildlife. She is an avid traveler and budding nature photographer and has recently taken an up an interest in bird watching. She enjoys the challenge birds present as photograph subjects and enjoys trying to capture their essence on film. When she is not on vacation, or bird watching in Central Park she enjoys her work as a librarian and has several other interests including making and designing jewelry.
