Leopard - The Eyes Have It
Species: Leopard | Location: Mashatu, Botswana
We came across a female leopard and two cubs and visited them on consecutive days. Watching the cubs play was great fun, but this expression in the mother's eyes really stayed with me. No other animal can pull off the "I will stare you down; unless I fall asleep" look quite the way a cat can.
