Osprey in flight
Species: Osprey | Location: Southern Florida, USA
I was standing on a beach watching several Ospreys flying overhead. There were a couple of nests close-by, so I thought there was a good possibility that at least one of the birds would fly by with a fish. Many did, but this one was flying somewhat lower than the rest, so I had a chance to get a decent shot. This was one of a series of shots where the wing angles changed during the flight. I liked this one because it shows both the majesty and the intensity of the Osprey .
