Through the Mist
Species: Blue and Yellow Macaw | Location: Yasuni, Ecuador
On a sunrise hike up to an observation tower, we saw a variety or animals and listened to the sounds of the rainforest surrounding us. All of a sudden, three blue and yellow macaws flew threw the morning mist in perfect harmony. With the layers of the forest behind, and the pastel hues the mist lends to the pictures, this picture exemplifies the mystical qualities that the amazon portrays.
