Monarch
Species: Monarch Butterfly | Location: Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada
This photo was taken in NIagara Falls at the Butterfly Conservatory. This Monarch is feeding on a flower just outside the building, I was surprised to see a Monarch so early in the spring but was informed by the staff that it was probably one that had been released or escaped from their building.
Pots of blooming plants had been supplied by the Conservatory for the butterflies to feed on.
