Polar Bear mother with cubs
Species: Polar Bear | Location: Wapusk National Park, Manitoba, Canada
Wapusk National Park is southeast of Churchill, Manitoba, Canada. It's a difficult place to get to in February. You travel around by snowcat and look for dens. This mother and cubs were out for a walk. It was -45F and the winds had slowed. This is the full frame I saw. She later nursed the cubs and they played with her.
