Hyena, Okavango Delta, Botswana
Where Do I Hide This?

Species: Hyena | Location: Okavango Delta, Botswana

While exploring in the Okavango Delta we came upon a female and male hyena enjoying a fresh kill. Well at least the female was enjoying the rewards of the hunt. Any attempt by the male to enjoy the fresh kill as squelched by a vicious counter attach by the female. Upon filling herself the female picked up the remains and carried them into the wetlands and hid them under water to minimize the chances of it being found by other animals in the area.
