The Eminent Eagle
Species: Bald Eagle | Location: Cook Inlet; Ninilchik, Alaska, United States
This majestic eagle was prominently perched on a beached log along the shores of the Cook Inlet in Ninilchik, Alaska. As I moved in closer and closer, the eagle remained steadfast in its position and remained stationary even after I got the shot. It was a powerful interaction and a fortuitous happening for me, particularly in light of my lifelong intrigue with America's most symbolic of birds….
