To reach the top of Mt. Popa monastery in Myanmar, you must negotiate over 900 steps and a seemingly equal number of cheeky macaques. Rounding a bend, I found this one perched on a railing, completely non-plussed by my presence. This is one of my favorite photos from an amazing trip.
