Patiently waiting...
Species: Leopard | Location: Savuti, Bostwana
This young guy was just trying to get to the ground. Unfortunately, mom was finishing of a late morning impala meal just down the trunk of the tree. Each time this young leopard tried to maneuver around her, she would glare and hiss threateningly sending him further up into the tree. After a while, he resigned himself to the upper canopy, content to stare out with this forlorn look while mom finished her breakfast.
