Species: Whitetail Deer | Location: Forest in Montgomery County, Maryland, United States
A piebald Whitetail fawn pauses in the forest to check on who or what is following him. This young deer, along with his mother and sister, came to my backyard for several months during the year.
About The Photographer
I've been doing wildlife photography it seems like forever, taking thousands of photos during my three-year stay in southern Africa. Nowadays, I mostly document the wildlife that visit my backyard in suburban Maryland, an astonishing variety, from deer to chipmunk to fox.
