Walk With Me
Species: African Elephant | Location: MalaMala Game Reserve, South Arica
We sat surrounded by a large herd of Elephants for much of the afternoon. Such an amazing experience to watch these incredible animals go about their day! The little ones ran around and played like puppies, but the tiny ones stayed very close to mom. As the sun got low in the sky, they began to file across the river and into the bush. The scene was made more surreal by the outstanding light.
About The Photographer
I love the outdoors. The farther out, the better. Nature and wildlife photography is a natural extension of that. God created a beautiful world for us to enjoy and we haven''t completely screwed it up yet! The camera gives me a great excuse to get outside and gives me a whole new way of seeing things that I've looked at a thousand times.
