Close Encounter
Species: African Elephant | Location: Chobe National Park, Botswana
We stopped to see a herd of elephants when this beauty came up so close to our vehicle I thought she was going to touch me. She lifted her trunk and extended it within a few inches. Our guide had said he had never seen an elephant come so close. Highlight of my trip!
