Hyena Sticking Out Its Tongue

Species: Spotted Hyena | Location: Kruger National Park, South Africa

I came across this small family of hyenas on my way home from Kruger National Park. It was around 6 am and they were relaxing right next to the road. The hyena in this photo was busy grooming herself after having made sure that her pups were fed.
