On safari in the Serengeti National Park, I waited to capture the mimic of the baby elephant with her mother, tails, ears and everything in harmony.

About The Photographer

Cropped wilddogs1 474 edit

Wandering since I was born. Before I was 16, had lived most of my life overseas. Extensive travel, camping, sleeping under the stars in an old army surplus mummy bag. After graduating from college, I passed on the corporate opportunities and went to work on an oceanographic research vessel. My engineering degree was hardly useful but it allowed me to travel the world wherever the ship made port from Fiji to Iceland and all points in between. I’ve now traveled to over 50 countries on 6 continents. After a number of careers, jobs, and places lived, I continue to look for places to hike, travel, meet, explore, and get lost.
