There's Something about Redheads!

Species: Redhead Duck | Location: Pittsburgh, USA

This was a very cooperative redhead that I managed to capture as it was swimming from sunlight into shade. I wish I could say that I traversed high mountains and swollen streams to get this shot but, it was taken on the North Shore in the city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

I have been a serious photography hobbyist for 38 years, tenaciously dedicated for the last 15. I have hiked countless miles locally and across the country in some of the most beautiful places imaginable. Always with the mindset of improving my craft and learning natures secrets. With digital photography good quality imaging is within reach of anyone who has the desire and dedication. I am always working to take my craft to the next level. I am also a 3 time cancer survivor that has learned that life is worth living every day.

My goal is to share the lessons I have learned and what I have witnessed on my journey. To let others experience the beauty of this world that God has blessed us with through power point presentations or in the field. Or to help them discover their own vision through the camera lens.
