Trying to be Patient

Species: Red Fox | Location: Churchill, Manitoba, Canada

In the town of Churchill, Canada I discovered this red fox hanging around the garbage bin at the local motel we were staying at during a polar bear tour. As I approached, he ran to the top of a pile of snow and lay down. I took several photos and then took two steps forward. I repeated this process several times till I was approximately 6 feet away. I took this and several other photos, at which point his patience ran out and he ran away.
