Watchful Eyes

Species: Dragonfly | Location: Okavango Delta, Botswana

The watery labyrinths of Botswana’s Okavango Delta are amazing hunting grounds for these watchful predators.  Usually seen darting around the grasses searching for small insects, it was only a moment of rest when I was able to capture this brilliantly colored dragonfly during a mid-morning safari with Nat Hab.
